55 cups broccoli florets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup sunflower seeds ( I like to toast the seeds on the stove top for 5min)
3⁄4 cup dried sweetened cranberries
DRESSING
1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2c plain yogurt
1⁄4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
