Fajitas Mixture

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 c. olive oil, 1/4 c, lemon juice, 2 T. soy sauce, and 1 T. vinegar 
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips (or beef)
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 tortillas
Mix the dry spice ingredients, set aside in small container.
