Shannon Pointer 40 year old recommendations

 I texted my friend who does lots of alternative remedies. I hadn't been sleeping well, so she sent me a list of supplements that have worked for her.

Insomnia natural cure-

1. omega 3 oil Barleans brand

2. Vitex, Natures Way Brand. 2-3x's a day. Nourish the pituitary which will balance hormones

3. womens formula, Female Ease- vickie sorensens Nature works

At the same time I took Jennifer finlayson-Fife's Art of Desire class, I went to the Dr to get my hormone levels checked and my levels were off.

Went to Hormone Dr- Jennifer Landberg- I felt a good impact from these supplements, it was her doctor appointments that were so expensive and the blood work too.

$20 Lutein for eyes (recommended from Danielle Checketts)

$25 Resolve Wild Yam cream- helps stabilize estrogen and build/restore progesterone (ellie told me about these)



$56 Thyroid At Ancestral online (It seemed like it was making my neck ache constantly, No Longer use 2022)
