Marci Barker Fitness

My actual day I eat 1888 calories per workout day,  have 174 grams of protein per day, 58 grams of fat per day,  have 165 grams of carbs per day.

I probably wana lose 5-10lbs so I should eat approximately 1586 calories per rest day,  154 grams of protein per day,  51 grams of fat per day,  126 grams of carbs per day.
