- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 c. olive oil, 1/4 c, lemon juice, 2 T. soy sauce, and 1 T. vinegar
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips (or beef)
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 8 tortillas
Mix the dry spice ingredients, set aside in small container.
