Day 2-  Dansique 30 min pilates abs (obliques sore)

Day 3- HAS Fit 15 min 6 pack abs Heart And Soul and gymnastics

Day 4- break

Day 5- 20min abs NoBadAddiction

Day 6- 25 min pilates core Move With Nicole (Harder more challenging version of planks)

Day 7 break

Day 8 30min weights Juice & Toya and ABS train with Gainsby

Day 9- 30min Pilates Eleni Fit - low impact, challenging mind focusing, simple moves

Day 10 break (sick, puking, fevering kid)

Day 11 break

Day 12 40 Min advanced weights Growing Annananas

Day 13  break

Day 14 Natural Movement or animal flow or Primal Moves, Pacific Rim Athletics

Day 15 ???30 min weights Girvan
