Jan Ririe shared this Health Challenge with me that she used for coaching her girls soccer teams. She said it went so successful.
Players Challenge
We are going to be starting a Health Challenge. This will last for 4 weeks. The starting date is Sunday, January 6th,
with the sleep point starting the night before so on January 5th. Challenge will end on Monday, March 4th. You will
get 1 point for doing the following things each day:
1 pt. For eating Lunch
1 pt. For eating Dinner
1 pt. For eating 2 servings veggies
1 pt. For eating 2 servings of fruits
1 pt. For getting 8 hours of sleep
1 pt. For drinking 8 cups of water
1 pt. For no sugary drinks, desserts, candy….
1 pt. For Complimenting someone or doing a secret service
1 pt. For doing 20 push ups and 1 min plank
Search for a golden nugget in the scriptures
Gift card ideas: Old Navy, a sports store, or to a movie theater
P.S. If your birthday is in January Happy Birthday! You can enjoy cake on your birthday with no penalty. Fasting for religious purposes won’t cost you points, but skipping meals for no reason will cost you points.
